Planning Your Order

The best way to get the order completed on time and to the expected image you wish to project is planning. The planning process may be simple but it will provide us a clear idea of your needs.
The first step is to decide the garment type, style, and color you wish to use. Most frequent types of garments requested for embroidery are Polo shirts, Caps, and T-Shirts. Other popular items are outerwear (Jackets), fleece, Sweat Shirts, CD Cases, Back Packs, Lab Coats, Scrubs, back packs, brief cases, towels, Tote Bags, and blankets.
The lettering and image are also planned. If you have a company logo all that is needed is a photo of the logo that is clear. If you have the logo on a web site we can go to the web site and create the logo from that location. Sending a scan of the logo is also a good way to get the logo to us.
The final presentation is a sketch of your proposed project. Even better, using a graphic program design your final stitched project and send it to us as an E-Mail attachment. If a logo is incorporated into your project sheet send a separate attachment of the logo without any lettering so it can be cleanly copied.
That's it, your instructions, some design instructions, and we will digitize your order. Before final stitching on the garments we will send a proof of the project for your approval.
